I'm pretty sure this is how minor supervillains start.
I was in a hospital, possibly as a patient, and I... stole something? Defaced something? Either way, I was in trouble, so I ran. I had some minor strength/speed powers that I used to get away (either that or I was, y'know, in shape, which is about as far away as superpowers for me). I retreated to a hardware store, of all things, where I knew a couple of employees would help me out. One of them hooked me up with a power upgrade which involved, I kid you not, meditating in a cardboard box. ...But it was a trap, of course, and all they wanted to do was add me to their Army of Wretched Souls or something. So off I go again.

At that point I could run real fast, jump like gravity was just a suggestion, and apparently manipulate mechanical systems. So what do I do? Go shopping, of course! Well, shoplifting. I remember being in a game and video store, but mostly I remember turning off a security camera so I could abscond with a beautiful long flowery skirt. (Seriously, I need to draw this so I can recreate it someday.) It's amazing what you'll do when you know you can get away with it, I guess.

The dream ended with me driving down a bright highway at night, in my new skirt, being so amazingly delighted in my freedom. Seriously, guys, I can't remember being that happy. (Though if my dream had continued the comic book theme, karma would have caught up to my character pretty toot sweet, so I'm glad I woke up when I did.)

Also! Don't get excited, but: I overheard the admin ladies complaining about our website guy not doing any work, and I offered my services. Admin Lady 1 told me she'd talk to the doctors about it. So, we'll see if anything comes of this.
