A Safe Space for Moogles

Today I had my Review at work. You know those dreams where you're about to take a test you haven't studied for? That's kind of how I felt going in. *still trying to untangle the knots in my stomach, argh*

...Turns out they love me and think I'm fabulous. ^_^ And apparently I'm going to get a small token raise, which I will not turn up my nose at! So after a couple of errands I took myself out to lunch to celebrate today. Om nom Pei Wei lettuce wraps. :DDD ...And I've gotten some writing done over the past couple of days, so bonus. For example, from last week's round of porn_battle:

(I wanted to do an FFVII prompt as well, but everything I wrote kept coming out too near domestic abuse for comfort. :\ Maybe some other time.)

Not bad or scary, just odd. Possibly story-making too.

Anyway, I've been sleeping pretty much nonstop since Friday (the first day of my spring break), but I did manage to drag myself to poptartodoom's house for costuming and general tomfoolery. We managed to get quite a bit done (even more when Poptart discovered the joy which is staples, considering I can't sew worth a hill 'o beans) despite watching copious amounts of Transformers and fooling around in the mall and Walmart, but it looks as though my weekends are spoken for until after BotCon. We've still got a lot of work to do. (Ratchet and Wheeljack will make it to BotCon, dammit! Even if we have to take felt markers to a couple of T-shirts.)

I actually participated in this month's porn_battle. Kuja/Garnet, bondage and Edgeworth/Phoenix, role reversal. Actually, I highly recommend going through the master list, as there are many, many sweet pornings to be had.

(Speaking of which, I should really start on my prompt for takoyaoi_love...)

Also, some awesome idiot rickrolled the WBC. That makes me happy really a lot.
